Please give a brief introduction, including your name and where you are based

Kamu Pillai from India, Gujarat. An Intermediate, grad student. I am a feminist who wandered to many alcoves. Being a social critic and ethical sage, battles of life were desecrating me every day. Yet the fire inside was saying something else. Conclusively, I am a self-ecstatic soul and have a simple resemblance towards my life!

What book or books have you published or are working on at the moment?

I started my writing journey in 2014. My only aim was to become a professional writer and an author. By now I have co-authored 25+ anthologies and worked as a compiler for 5+ anthologies inspired by real-life occurrences. My books are available on amazon. (counting stars, halcyon days, the underrated writers, and many others). My books swirl around themes of love, strive, desire, ache, pleasure, fortune, etc. My efforts make youngsters feel the importance of reading by filling positivity and pleasure. Nowadays, I am working on my debut novel, which is yet to indicate. Very soon that too will be accessible to social forums.

What drives you to write?

My self-motivation is the only reason which compels me to discover my individuality. At some moments, life turns out to be very problematic, and to extricate ourselves from it seems riskier. Which, in turn, later causes depression. So, I one day decided to not be part of these griefs anymore. I need to find my way momentarily. So, I started taking notes on my do’s and don’t. Gradually I began writing a diary, as I needed some relief intensely. I wanted to maintain a record of everything that I lived. Later, this led to an involvement in reading books. I kept on learning and writing quotes and found a platform on social media that made me feel more confident. Tardily, my hard work paid off and became a very goal-oriented person.

Where can folks find you online and on social media?

What is one piece of advice you would give to another author out there who might be struggling?

Being a writer is something that you are honored to be, never regretted. It’s not everybody’s cup of tea. A person must have a considerable awareness of what he/she is up to and what impacts them to be a writer. Never stammer yourself, no matter how your story or write-up is all about. Just let the people know what you have come up with.

Because the content is written by you and it will be worth it when it is being relatable to someone. Among many live, at least a few will like your message. If you are a beginner, have no idea about how/when to start? Here’s what I want to let out. “Just don’t stop attempting. Try to keep jotting down your feelings, your thoughts, your ideas, etc. That will slowly lead you to become a good writer.”

According to my terms; Just don’t try to be like another author ” Be you”. Don’t duplicate someone’s ideation. Create your own and make others familiar.

Write what makes you unique instead of being exact of somebody else. Never underestimate your self-confidence and self-esteem. You believe so, you are here. “Writing is a composition. Just try to make an ebb”. `KP
