The Prince of Fresh Air

Sitting down with Percy Brown host of The Prince of Fresh Air was a true breath of fresh air as a departure from most podcast interviews I do. Percy did not pull any punches with asking some tough and hard-hitting questions in the world of film/media. That is not to say I felt like I was in some kind of hot seat but it was great to chat with someone who clearly thinks over so many differently topics with the same regard I find myself thinking about film itself.

The full description from this episode:

“Daniel Hess is the Owner and Founder of To Tony Productions as well as an Author. Freedom of Speech is a hot button issue in America, with Gina Carano being the center of attention because of it. We tackle various issues and topics regarding our First Amendment right, including Hate Speech and Cancel Culture.”

This was probably the longest podcast interview that I have done to date, with the full episode coming in at just under an hour and a half, but with the flow we established chatting it probably could have gone on for double that. It was an intellectual time that I greatly enjoyed.

If you have time to give it a listen please do let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your take on any of the topics that were brought up in the episode. I am always interested in other opinions and if you don’t agree with mine that is perfectly ok don’t be afraid to let me know. My only ask in life as I mention throughout this interview is to do so in a civil manner that is all.

As always, I hope everyone is staying well and I hope you’ve been enjoying my film reviews. It has been a lot of fun sitting down with so many different styles of film.

Cheers!
